Truth or dare? How work in exile changes journalism – and how to cope with
Journalists in exile – should they talk or act, and are they able to stay objective or inevitably turning into activists? – this question is enough to spark a discussion. We propose to start it from the experience of Belarus, who has a large ecosystem of media in exile, and expand on a broader context.
What and when? Online discussion 29.10.2025, 15.00 Berlin and Warsaw, 16.00 Vilnius, via Zoom
